Imperial constitution was widely used by the old regiment, the old empires. Like the modern constitution, it has predetermined objectives to achieve in the community. They were prepared by special groups who came with diverse technologies. More specifically, Napoleon participated hugely in the issuance of the Imperial constitution even though he failed terribly in some of his initiatives (Gomez-Rivera III, 3). Moreover, not everyone agreed with the imperial constitution and all it entailed. The objectives, groups, ideologies, and the overall making of the imperial constitution influenced the lives and relationships of French people in diverse ways.
The constitution had specific objectives formed by a group of special people who took charge of the empire together with Napoleon. Some of the notable objectives that were put forward included: to determine the religious freedom of the people by setting specific imperial policies for churches, to control political policies and bring about political order and revolution, and set various principles of institutions (Gomez-Rivera III 9, 14). However, the objectives are not only limited to the mentioned ones. Napoleon, together with his team influenced the imperial constitution to favor the authorities.
