Leaders who are competent in management understand the goals and objectives of the organization. A strong leader is friendly and also approachable hence they can relate with the people who are under their leadership.
Great leaders are willing to empower people by training so that they can make appropriate decisions. I personally believe that a great leader should display integrity, transparency and accountability through doing what is right and by giving priority to quality and safety. Besides, strong leadership involves loyalty to the team during crisis as well as possessing the ability to give instructions and disciplining those who go wrong.
Poor leadership can ruin great plans. Bad leadership can destroy the morale of staff in organization which can trigger the best employees to leave and those remaining to lose motivation and morale of working.
