The Revolutionary War Article Analysis
During the revolutionary war, many Americans perished because of the injuries that they obtained in the battlefields while others died while in Prisons. A massive number of Americans were imprisoned after they were captured and they went through a hard time while in jail because of the poor living conditions. The primary reason for the author to write this book was to reveal what took place in the hellholes of New York City which was used as the jailhouse center for captured captives. The author has a unique characteristic that he uses to bring out the state at which the prisoners were in for example his explanation of how hungry that the prisoners were to the extent that they fed on their clothes and shoes. His descriptive characteristic gives us an ideal image of the prisoners while in the hostile buildings used as jails. The author is very reliable because he gives evidence in a detailed manner with the aim of justifying his ideas. In his reasoning after Gen Robinson confessed to stealing Mr. Wallace plate shows that he wanted justice for Mr. Wallace with the minimum risk involved. The reading has changed my thinking on the course work by giving me another direction on the condition of our prisons to make which leads to the suffering of the convicts. The primary question that arises after reading this article was why does the living conditions in prisons .................GET A PLAGIARISM FREE COPY
