These factors are the most stressful since the first responders have to contend with losing people and helping those who have been injured in the explosion. Stressful factors for first responders refer to those which result in stress and trauma for them and affect their emotional or mental statuses. Moreover, these factors are the most stressful because they involve the first responders having to see people’s bodies and blood splashed everywhere in the scene. Also, these factors are stressful because the first responders may be themselves psychologically affected by the event since they have to directly deal with the situation which affects their personal lives. Additionally, these are the most stressful factors for the first responders since it affects their abilities to deal with the situation and assist all the survivors. Moreover, these stressors affect the first responders in that they make them suffer from stress and trauma. These events result in depression and trauma for the first responders since depression affects them by resulting in poor health. Also, to avoid stress, the first responders themselves should learn to work in teams and communicate or talk to their team members, family members, and friends so as to reduce the effects of stress on them. Resilience among first responders also requires them to engage in other stress relieving techniques such as exercises and writing or reading.
